11 days

Not much to report today! 

2 days before a half marathon. Time to carb load! 

-Shake at 8am
-Snacks 10am
-Lunch at 12:30pm- trying a wonderful food deliver service for the second time. I received a hefty discount I couldnt pass up. 3 meals delivered to your door. Each meal has every ingredient to make the meal. Each meal feeds 2 people... or 2 meals for 1. Hello Fresh  I made the Southwest Tortellini pasta. It was AWESOME! so much flavor. I can't wait to make the other two meals that came with the box!!
You can choose to have a classic box, that includes meat. Veggie box, or a bigger box that feeds 4 people per meal. I think the cost is great. $59 for 3 meals, with complete ingredients. I think it figures to $9 per meal, per person. Chef Jaimie Oliver is one of my favorite Chefs. He has designed some pretty incredible meals with such rich flavor!

Shake at 8pm

I tell you, eating lunch really does fill your belly and prolongs any desire to eat, snack or want to over indulge in the evening. If I can keep this up, this is the way to do it!

I travel to Lincoln, early morning today. My plan is to have my shake and snack. I WILL have to have a carb rich lunch and dinner. Not sure how this will throw me off. I hope not much. After the marathon, I will definitely have to replenish... still trying to figure out the best approach with the shakes.
